The FAQ is a work in progress, so we’re starting with the most-asked questions!
What’s the sizing, fabric, and cut for your garments?
We now offer many styles, sizes, and colors—with each of these explained on the individual products. You can also find out by visiting our sizing page.
What are your delivery times?
Orders can take up to 6 weeks for processing and delivery (longer for international), though we try to minimize delays as much as possible. On average orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks. When your order has been processed we’ll provide you an estimated range of delivery, and we will provide tracking on all domestic orders.
Why so long?
We don’t keep inventory, but rather have each shirt digitally printed after a customer has placed an order. It slows things down but means we can offer a wider selection of merchandise (in many styles and colors) than most other specialty t-shirt merchants. The printing is done by a partner vendor and often shipped straight to our customers, though sometimes we will have a large batch order created and sent to our offices, then shipped from there.
Why are your prices for plus sizes, dark-colored shirts, and certain styles so expensive?
Our prices are directly tied to our own costs to have the merchandise created. Because our vendor uses digital printing for our garments, dark fabrics require more ink in order to process correctly and are more expensive to produce. None of our pricing is arbitrary, and if in the future we find ways to reduce our own costs on these items we’ll pass them along by lowering the prices!
